A littlewhile ago I was asked to be a part of a photo shoot at Redleaf Farm . It was a beautiful shoot promoting sustainability within the wedding Industry, all the vendors were committed to providing simplistic beauty, in a sustainable and ecologically sound way. All the florals i used here were both foraged and purchased from local growers.

Local Foraging
Making gorgeous and romantic posies like this is always a pleasure, especially when all the flowers have been foraged from magical gardens and local growers within the Southern Highlands, chemical and carbon footprint free… a customer clasped her hands together and exclaimed that this is exactly how she pictures a bouquet of flowers to be, whimsical and free, I could not have been happier…

Run down old buildings and cascading soft romantic blooms, here we explored the juxtaposition of dark and light, good and bad, old and new, what is deemed beautiful and what is deemed ugly? Innocence, with a hint of the wild woman we all hold inside…..
